apply greencard from J1
My husband is J1 holder, I am J2. We are from China and have gotten J1 waiver.Shall we transfer to H1 and apply for greencard or just apply from J1 visa? What's the difference? If I become H4, can I transfer to H1 when I found a job? Thanks- zyflora
