Anybody with EB2, NIW self petition, changed job during AOS, got approved without RFE?
No Title We got approval after RFE (EB2 NIW). RFE was for emp letter + W2 + recent pay slips. However, never changed the job. Company name changed because of a merger prior to 485 application but after I-140. Someone I know (EB2, NIW) changed job got an RFE to redo I-140 again. Got I-485...- wait over

No Title Thanks to all. Good luck for a speedy approval. It seems like more RFEs are sent out from VSC especially for people who already waited long.
