Please advice, I am in a fix as how to make the 131$ depoist at Scotia bank in Ottawa,Canada. When I have an appt on Jan 5th i.e Monday at 8a.m and I only land in Canada on Sunday evening! Are there any alternative methods to make payments to the US consulate in Canada...- madhu119
