10 month administrative processing??
My father applied for a B1 visa 10 months ago, and is still under administrative processing. Is it possible that it is taking so long? Has anyone had similar experience? Thanks.- tos06

Visa bulletin vs service center processing dates
Does anyone know why the priority dates for family based visas listed by USCIS website and visa bulletin differ? The visa bulletin shows dates that indicate a longer waiting period for my category. Which one is more accurate? Thanks.- tos06
