    MD: 10/16, ND: 11/30, waiting for FP The IIO said now FP notice is assgined by computers in Washington, DC. VSC doesn\'t do it anymore. And he told me the computers have some problems so that the FP notice is not assigned according to your ND.

    When my lawyer filed I485 for me, she forgot to use the new copy of my passport, which shows the new expiration date. Does it matter? Will INS checks this carefully?

    My passport orginal expiration date is 05/2001. I got it extended to 05/2006. But the lawyer screwed up and sent to VSC the original copy with the extension notice for I485 application. The copy looks like the passport already expired. Does it matter to VSC? Will it reject my case because...
