Hi, Does anyone have experience in getting L1 to H1 in either Canada or Mexico? I am being told that Mexico and Canada stopped processing these kind of applicants and requiring them to go to home Country. Please let me know.- ramana76

The gap between my first H1 end (as per the date given in the airport) and the new H1
Hi, I need help urgently. When I first came to US, the agent at the airport put the valid date on I-94 TWO months before the actual valid date mentioned on the H1 approval notice. When my company filed for H1 extension, I forgot to mention this to them and didn't send the I-94 also.. So...- ramana76
