Conference Call on Oct 30, Recording now AVAILABLE
H4 to H1 without quota I was on H1 for 3 years and then transferred from H1 to H4 in dec-2007. I was told that if I apply for H1 within 1 year from Dec-2007 that I need not apply thru the new H1 quota. Is this true. If not, I will have to wait until Oct 2009 to get my H1.
