    No Title My Amended I140 ND is 4/13/2001 My Lawyer called them on 4/17/01 and explained the whole thing. She called again on 4/30/2001, Some IIO told her that she will talk to her supervisor about the case. She told my lawyer to wait for 2 weeks. I got my case approved after 3 days.

    No Title When I received the reciept for the I-140 redo, she called INS and gave them the receipt number then she asked them to expedite the process and to unfreeze ( lift the HOLD ) my application. Good Luck .

    No Title Thanks. As per AVM, the amended I-140 is not approved. My Lawyer told me that she cold INS to link my I-140 redo to the pending I-485 and asked them not to wait for the I-140 redo approval. The receipt # is enough.
