For 485, you need an employment letter. Suppose the applicant is working for the sponsoring employer. Should the employment letter say what the current salary and job is OR should it state that the job on which visa petition is approved will be available to me when GC is approved and what salary...

RD vs ND RD is the date when INS physically gets your application package. ND is the date when they enter your application info. in their computer system Not sure whether they use RD or ND to process.

Suppose a Labor Cert. says BS + 2 years of experience is required in EB3 category. If a person has worked part time before he gets his Bachelor\'s degree, could he use that experience to qualify for the above job description. Thanks. abhi
