    No Title I read a post in www.immigration-law.com breaking news, some people filed last minute 245(i) application on April 30th, but get a RD in May which invalidate the application because if past the dead line. So what happend if INS issue a RD one month later than the filing date ?

    Job change after 180 days?

    No Title Are you sure the 180 days start by RD not ND ? Due to mail room backlog, the ND can be couple of month late that RD .
