i whould contact the us embassy or Kcc and let them know you have not recived the 2 nd documentation which should read with the heading - medical examination on that peace it will name which docters are approved by the us emassy. i had my interview in london but i could have only done the...

in youtr second letter you should have a letter which states the intervied date and all the requirements and a seperate letter which should tell you which doctores you need to contact for your medical. once the medical is done which should be before the interview, they will send the forms 3/4...
