Applyng for new H1 visa after 1st 3 yr expiration
My present H1 visa expires on 1 Oct 2008 and presently I am staying outside of US. I am in India since April 2008 and plans to stay in India till December this year. Can someone please tell that once my present visa expires, can I apply for a new visa without going through the quota system...- mohitsaini
