    RFE issued on Nov 1,2001 for my wife(dependant). Spoke to IIO on Nov 16th since my attorney didn\'t receive the RFE. RFE resent on NOV 20 .     Primary approved, Spouse RFE sent on 10/23, waiting for approval

    ND jan 03 ,01 RD DEC20 ,2000 , RFE issued to spouse on Nov 1,2000 but for primary no RFE. Don\'t know what the RFE is about.Till now attorney didn\'t receive the RFE. Talked to IIO but didn\'t mention what the RFE is about. INS has resent the RFE to attorney since 14 days passed.

    eac 01 071 xxxxx rfe ISSUED TO MY WIFE according to AVM. When spoke to IIO she refused to say what the RFE is for. Mine still says "YOur application has been received ....."
