I belong to the ND Sept1 to 15. Just called the IIO and found that a RFE is issued on dec 26th. I am not sure of the RFE but could be redo 140 due to name change. My case details EB3 India PD 11/96 RD 8/99 ND 9/99 FP 8/00 RFE 12/26/00. Still to receive the RFE. Hope this helps
