Call the same AVM with the same EAC then you will hear the RFE status  

It\'s possible. I received two RFEs for my I-140 applications. You never know. At least INS didn\'t ask for my w-2 or pay stubs for my I-485.

Request for re-send I called INS to request it after 3 weeks of no news. INS sent the RFE to my home and my lawyer in two weeks. Don\'t wait, just do it. Good luck. JD

Correction to my RFE Regarding our RFEs, they were initially issued on 09/28 but have never arrived in NYC. I had to call again on 10/19. INS re-issued the RFEs on 11/08 to my NJ home address. I will call in a week to check if INS receives our reply. BTW, regarding I-797 and I-797(A/C)...
