H1B rules..??
Hi there, Currently I'm on a non-profit H1B ( stamped'n'all: Valid till Aug'2009) and also have a approved H1B (for-profit) for a new job starting 10/01/2008. I'm planning to resign from current job by 09/15/2008 so that I can have at least 2 weeks to wind down a bit..Would this be feasible...- saby123
