    Well actually I have an old LC from my previous company which was filed March 2005 before PERM, and it was approved Oct 2007. But there is some trouble with company A so I transferred my H1 to a company B. That is why i have to file a new LC.

    Hello I am currently on my 6th year as H1 and it expired on July 8, 2008. I am applying for my 7th year extension and got my H1 extension denied last Aug 6, 2008 because I have a Labor Certification < 365 days pending. I filed my PERM June 9, 2008 and it is still pending. I still have 30 days...
