is it a must to join new employer upon H1 transfer?
hi, Is it mandatory to join the new company once the h1 is transferred?? Cant we stick to the old company were we work currently for what so ever reasons? what happens to the status with the old company once the new h1 transfer is approved? thanks ryan- ryan08
