H1B Non-Profit to Profit
Hello I'm currently doing my Post-Doc at a University and am on a OPT. My questions are: 1. Would i fall into the H1B Profit quota if i have to transfer from a Non-Profit to a Profit H1B 2. Would i better advised to continue on my OPT so tht i can directly apply for the H1B Profit quota.(...- npargal
