Just want everyone to know that after 4 years of fighting with the IJ and BIA, I finally got my Cancellation of Removal approved, did it all on my own.. no lawyers.
Did everything I was told to do my the IJ after it was approved.. Just waiting for the green card now.. what a long and tiring...
Update, I won my appeal for the BIA , the case was send back to the IJ in Buffalo.. I can file for my cancelation of removal now, but I am getting married in about 3 weeks.. my new court date is set for July.

There is a possibility that you may be arrested and placed in removal proceeding with no type of reliefs available to you. Anyway read this article.

Well I was worried and concern about my appeal and such, but good news the BIA accepted my appeal , I received the letter today, telling me not to leave the country and I will receive a followup letter telling me when I need to send in my briefs.
So I am much better now.
