No Title Hi As far as I know, you are not eligible for any federal aid(stafford)until you are a permanant resident. You can however, find alternate loans given out by banks etc.., though you would need a cosigner who has good credit rating and is a permanant resident or citizen.

No Title hi I am a graduate student and am on H4 too. without an FI, one would have no way of making money, even on campus jobs, tutoring etc.
