VSC sent RFE (emp letter and 3 pay stubs) on 12/18/00. I received it on 12/22/00. Respond was sent on 1/2/01. Today AVM changed to "on Jan. 9th, 2001, we received..... It takes between 365-540 days. However, since it was premarily reviewed, it\'ll take approxmately 180 days......."...
RD/ND: 8/99, FD 5/30/00, NIW. AVM changed to "on Dec 18th.....". Can any NIWers please tell me what the RFE will be? So I can prepare to repond in advance? Thank you.

You can do AC I-140 instead of I-824. It will be faster. Ask an aterney to certify you I-140. Some lawers know this process, while some don\'t. So you need to ask several lawers. Or you can go www.imminfo.com or www.immihelp.com to get information.

IIO just told me that they are going to send me a letter. He didn\'t say when and what it is about. He said I will receive it by the end of February, which is 18 months after I filed I-485.
I was told by IIO that I\'m gonna recieve a letter requesting additional information.

Could you guys tell me what reasons to do I140 redo? I am going to get RFE, and I don\'t know what it will be about. Is I140 redo a type of RFE? Why INS ask you to redo I140?

I got I140 approved on 1/98 when I was a Ph.D. student in CT. I graduated and went to IN in 11/1998. Filed I485 to VSC in 8/99 in IN. Done FP in Indianaplis in 5/30/99. Now I am in CA. It\'s been almost half year since the FP...
on Nov.9th per automated msg. Submitted EAD renewal on 9/11/00. 1st EAD expired on 10/20/00. Don\'t know if there is a gap betwwen 1st and 2nd yet. I485 RD 8/5/99, ND 8/24/99. I wish I485 had been approved rather than EAD.
