    I think, you should be contacting KCC to ask about 2nl. Have you done your medical checkup, becuase you will need the 2nl when doing it.

    I think you should not seek DV, let it come as it come and at any time.You might spend a lot of years to win in DV and maybe you never win or maybe from 1st time. Just live normally and plan.Don't make DV your plan A....
