No Title even saying it\'s on hold doesn\'t make sense because the Amend. was done based on law regulated on 1993, and has nothing to do with any new laws, but what can you say for those AH IIO.

No Title I don\'t know how will the new laws affect the process, but when i got the RFE to redo the I140, the letter said that based on some regulation in 1993 , pla, pla, . i have to redo the I140. so this not related to the new laws.

No Title My friend i think you have a problem which i guess that the I140 redo is not linked to your I485 ie there is no A# in the I140 application, the redo should not take more than 2 months. mine ND 01/08/01, AD 01/25/01. talk to IIO and make sure it\'s linked to your I485
