No Title I think that is good idea. It is a very legitimate question and should not effect anyone\'s case. INS stated officially that they are currently processing september,99 cases. There is no reason why INS should not process by FIFO unless thouse RFE cases. I am still w/o any RFE with ND Aug5.

I don\'t know what\'s happening in VSC. For last 2 months, I was told by IIO everything is fine & the application is with an officer. So far no approval while people with september ND getting approvals. no RFE so far as if the application was not touched at all... Anyone in same boat...
