Issues with employer after passport stamping
Hi, I got my passport stamped couple of weeks ago after I-485 approval. My employer is threatening that if I donot pay him $1000 towards the application cost, he is going to send letter to INS to cancel my green card. This is a new cost to me. No receipts received for I-485/765/131
Hi, I filed (through lawyer) my AOS application (485/765/131) at VSC. It was mailed on Sept 20. I have nto received receipts yet. Is it too long? What can I do? My lawyer just asked me to wait. Please advise. -Durgesh- durgesh
