Desperately need to work - K3
What is the propwer procedure? My wife is here in the US on a K3/Spousal visa. She wants to work also. We filed the EAD and have an Appt next week. We have NOT filed yet for AOS. Is that going to be a problem?- pendleton_boy

EAD for K3 Visas.....
Does anyone have any experience or knowlege on EAD's for K3/Spousal Visa holders?.....mainly this....We filed the I-765 (EAD) in hopes that my wife can work soon. We have not filed her AOS yet as the cost is outrageous! I'm hoping she can work and save so we can file that. Should we have saved...- pendleton_boy
