No Title I spoke to IIO a week back. My PD became current in March visa bulletin. IIO said they have not started issuing visa numbers for march yet. Once they start using march numbers, she said it will take max of 60 days for completion of processing.

No Title As Iunderstand from my friends, Candidate also will get a recipt from INS by mail. Check with your lawyer . Some times INS will send all the correspondence to your lawyer. BTW, What is your PD. My RD and ND is same as yours Thanks rbx
