    no RFE .. I did not get any RFE in I-485 stage, but got the stupid RFE at I-140 stage. Good Luck to all.

    \'under review..? Please share your experience...

    I have spoken to IIO today morning. He said my case is "under review" and looks absolutely fine. He replied that i should get the approval in 14 - 21 days. Anybody heard the same before? Please share your experience. my ND 11/15/2001, EB2 INDIA.

    I just talked to an IIO, he said my case is pending and it would take another 30 days. Is it the formal answer? ND 11/02/2000.
