No Title Hi Goofie, I was issued a RFE on 29th Mar for employment letter. My lawyer fedexed that on the 3/4 Apr and the AVM was updated on 9 Apr. That has all that has happened till date. Looks like the same boat mate. ND 4 Oct 99

No Title I got the same baloney from IIO I spoke. MY RD is Sept 99/ ND Oct4 99, EB2 India, PD Dec 98. . She said that due to retrogression for Chinese/Indian visas my case is on hold.
