Transferring from B-1/ B-2 to H-4 visa status while in USA. Complicated Case!!!
My wife got her B-1 visa 3 days before our marriage (as a single). After marriage she joined me in US (i\'m on H-1 visa) on tourist visa status. Is there any complications for her to change her status over to H-4 while in USA, taking into account that her visa was gotten by Not-to-stay-in-USA...- gals
