Hi, My parents obtained affidavits from elder relatives last year dated Feb 2011. Can I submit those affidavits as part of the I-485 for green card application this year? Will there be an issue since the affidavits are more than a year old? Thanks for the info.

I'm planning to file GC for my parents when they are in the US (on visitor visa). Can I have them bring the i-693 filled out by an USCIS approved panel physician in India and use that while applying for their i-485 here in the US? Thanks
