Lost Passports - I485 pending no FP yet - Please help!
No Title You probably have to get a replacement I-94. However, this may be depend on your current visa situation whether you are on H1B currently or on EAD. If on EAD, I\'m not sure what the procedure is. Talk to your lawyer.- Suke
