Initially my I485 was filed in EB3 and recently I got my new I140 in EB2. My lawyer sent a leeter to INS to substitute the old EB3 I140 with the new EB2 I140. Is there any way to find out whether my I485 was moved to EB2 or not? Thanks in advance.
