Is a H4 visa holder eligible to apply for EAD
Hi I have come to USA on H1B and my wife and kids join me on Feb 2008 with H4 visa. My question is about H1B dependent working. Is a H4 visa holder eligible to apply for EAD? Or is there a way for an H4 visa holder to work in USA? Reg/OS- OSOS
