Oct 2000 No RFE, From the past 3 months it\'s the same story. Case is with an officer call back after 30 days. I am just getting frustrated with this bull shit. After seeing people from March 2001 getting approved.

yes, Call My RD is Oct and ND dec, When I talked to the IIO, she said they go with the RD not ND and somebody should be working on it. Atleast it is in pending status now. Which is change, I am happy with it. Call the IIO if your case is not picked up by somebody. Hope this helps

Intresting Congrats first, It is intresting, when they said it will take 30-60 days, Why did they approve it in a week ? Is this normal ? When you called in a week, did the IIO say why you called with in a week, when they asked you to wait for 30-60 days ? thanks in advance

I am not trying to give false info I never said, it will get rejected. All I am saying is if I-140 gets approved for CP, it will get delayed by couple of months for approval. That\'s about it.
