In my friend\'s wife\'s BC, her parent\'s name and the place of Birth is written in Tamil (Native Language). Wife\'s name and DOB are in English. Do they need to get an affidavit?
Any one with similar experience?

I spoke with an IIO for the first time on 01/04/2001 and was informed that an RFE has been sent. IIO couldn\'t tell the details of the RFE. We received the RFE notice on 01/05. Lawyer also received the RFE details on 01/05.
Received RFE notice on 01/05/2001 dated 01/03/2001. As per our lawyer, INS has requested for employment letter.

My friend was in a similar situation. Their lawyer advised them to have the baby in US. I think you cannot bring the baby to US for 2 yrs, if the baby is born outside US. Please consult ur lawyer.
