Any theories as to why processing not in FIFO mode?
No Title It appears that the approval order has something to do with the date when you started the process which is commonly referred to as ID (even though it may be current for you). EB1 RD/ND 03/99 PD 10/98 (ID always current) Still waiting...- Tapas Kar

No Title I am EB1 OR too. As I said, my RD/ND for I485 is 03/99 and PD 10/98. It looks like VSC is looking at PD as well as RD/ND when they are approving cases. As you know, they have already approved a number of 05/99 RD/ND cases.- Tapas Kar
