DUI in Dec 2005, will that affect H1 ?
HI .... can any help me out? I have got a DUI in Dec 2005, when I was pursuing my Masters. for this april-08 I'm applying for H1... It has almost been 2yrs 3 months I got this ticket, till now I donot have any other tickets. will DUI affect H1 processing ? Is DUI on SSN or only...
