Thank you desihai I have the PPT form handed over to me @ interview time. Would they accept that format the oath ceremony? What docs needed for PPT? DO they ask for birth certificate from India? Thank you again.

take it with you I had taken them..IO did not ask for it though...you should take them just in case you need them. If you don't use them, you will have oath ceremony anyway and can use these two photos for applying passport, assuming that you get oath letter in a month or two months time.
