Birth certificate for chinese
No Title Go to the local notary office(in city or county) to get a notarized copy of birth certificate. The copy contains one page in Chinese, one page in English as the translation of the Chinese page. You may have your relatives in China to help you get the copy.- Jay1999

Have a dirty feeling that I am going to get an RFE
No Title My case is also NIW, and my lawyer made a mistake to use my employer as petitioner. But I did not ask my lawyer to change it.
