Are there any of you out there that have been approved or know of anybody that has been approved even though the prioirty date is not current? PD 12/98 , ND 9/99 FP 8/00 VSC rcvd RFE 11/27 , EB3 India Just curious to know whether VSC will proccess my case furthur.

Hi folks,           Im EB3,PD 12/98 and ND 9/21, FP 8/00 India and frankly I am a bit confused. I recieved an RFE and I have sent in details.How could they be processing my application. I thought the PD had to be current for them to even touch...

My friend\'s husband applied for 485 in Oct 99 and is done with his fingerprinting. They got married after that and his PD is not current anymore . When can he add her on? Is there a chance that with the sporadic approvals he may get approved without her getting a chance to apply...

No Title So is it actually possible that when they touch Aug 99 ND they are going to start appoving people with different PD\'s for EB3?

hen they hit Aug 99...How are they going to process the 485 applications as basically that was the time when they opened the flood gates and made eveybody current.And for people like me PD Dec 98 EB3 ND 9/99 FP ( just recieved notice ) how long of a wait is it going to be...??

Somebody please tell me... My ND is 9/21 RD 9/9 PD 12/98 EB3- India.If it being   processed based on the PD and they are still processing 96 cases, when will PD ever be   current for them to pick up my case?
