No Title I think PD matters, China EB2 PD has not moved to 98 yet based on the approvals on board. mine is PD 12/97 EB2, no news. I saw some China NIW EB2 with PD 11/97 and 12/97 approved. There are thousands of applications on Aug.99. So PD might be the key point.

No Title I talked to an IIO today due to my EAD that mailed to a wrong address, and got returned. I also asked her about the I-485 processing time. She told me they are processing August 99 and all previous ND Applications. So you maybe get approved in 3-5 weeks.

EAD Application RD May 24, ND May 30. Approved July 21(based on auto message), Checked message again on Aug.8.Automessage said, the approved notice has been mailed on Aug.1. But not recived card on mail yet. Anybody is on the same boat?

No Title Find your check that INS cashed out, bank returns to you with monthly statement. you can find your EAC-00-xxxxxx on your check written by hand. This is your EAD application receipt number. Good Luck.

No Title Where do you live? Arlington, Fairfax or etc? On your approval notice shows you must go to Arlington office to stamp. Whould you please post detail experience. 6 hours are really too long.
