No Title In my case lawyers asked to submit the copy of all the 2000 tax filing together with my wife\'s paper as we filed jointly. Altough I was asked only to submit W2 for 2000.

AVM says "Case was approved on 4/16/01 and the notice has been mailed...." Thanks

No Title If you applied for change of home address, they might ask for an updated biographic data. I have seen quite a few postings on this board that RFE was for updated biographic data.

No Title You should not worry too much. They might require your visa status for a certain duration of time. You might have forgotten to send either the copy of all your visa or I-94 etc. Goodluck.

RFE for employment letter, last 3 pay stubs and W2 for 2000. Now how long after responding RFE.

EB2 India, ND 10/6/99, FP 2/2001 IIO said that an RFE has been issued on March 27th. He could not tell any more details. How long does it take to get the RFE after it has been issued ? My company name never changed and other factors also remain unchanged. Thanks....
