    No Title This is not a question of racism. It is a question of policy. Arlington INS office does not work on EAD\'s based on employment based green cards. They work on Advance Paroles only. You have to send your EAD request to Vermont Service Center.

    No Title it is usually 3 months. If you did not get a RFE (request for evidence), you will get the approval notice by mail. hang in there.

    No Title don\'t worry abt it. As long as you are not facing criminal charges, you should be okay. so relax, you will get your approval notice in the mail.
