Hi i am VSC applicant with June99 RD. SO, what does it mean when msgs. say that EB3 India quota is over? My PD is current as of now because it is May 15, 1996. So, if my PD is current, what are my prospects of getting my 485. I have done FP in May already. But i am confused about this quota...
