Nope. I dont have any document for it. I heard it somewhere but dont know where perhaps it doesn't exist.

Is it true that if I-140 is pending for more than 6months, I can apply for H1B extension for 1 year? ( or Do I have to get the I-140 approved?)

I was in the same situation. I went to India for Stamping. I got it easily. One of my friend got his stamp in Canada. So you can do both. Cheers.

My 6 year H1B completes in Aug-2008. My labour was filied only last month so I can't get 1yr H1B extension unless both Labour and I-140 is approved. I'm anticipating my Labour approval end of Feb. But since USCIS dont have I-140 premium processing I can't get the approval before Aug2008...
