h1 out of status query
Hello Friends - I have a question about being out of status and it would be great, if someone can provide some detailed info about. I will be completing 6 yrs on H1 B visa in Oct 2010. I have approved labour and my 140- approval was received in July 08. However I cant proceed further...- sankam12

Urgent : 140 and I-485 issues
Appreciate your help everyone. my LC was done by Murthy ..i contacted them to file my 140 and 485 but they gave me estimate of about $8000 which i felt was very high. I will contact rajiv khanna as well. Please send me contact of any attorneys that u know. I think wise decision at this...- sankam12
