well...i wouldnt say that... cause if i do then that in a way justifies what is happening and I feel that not letting the applicants know how long it is going to take for security clearance, making the clean people wait for unexpectedly long time is not something recommended in any case...

Thanks for your quick response Triple Citizen. I have another question though. Is security clearance different for different type of visas? I mean does it take longer for H1-Bs? I asked them to send my passport back at least I can travel elsewhere meanwhile.
