No Title Thanks for the response. Everyone goes to Montreal to file it. Apparently it shaves half a year off the approval. So I gather it doesn\'t matter where we live as long as we move over to the US and show prescence to keep her gc valid? Thanks again! -

Hi All, I am a US citizen residing in Canada and my wife is Canadian but working in the US on her L1A visa. We both want to move over to the US and live there as I also have a job waiting for me there. With her visa we can currently do that however her employer will not switch her to US...
